Welcome to PuddleJumper. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

PuddleJumper is a decision-support tool for rideshare drivers. We analyze ride offers from platforms like Uber and Lyft and provide recommendations on whether to accept or decline based on your preferences and market conditions.

Important: PuddleJumper provides recommendations only. All decisions to accept or decline rides are ultimately yours. We do not guarantee any specific earnings outcomes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

PuddleJumper is a subscription service priced at $19.99 per month. Payment is processed through Google Play. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.

5. Referral Program

PuddleJumper offers a referral program. You may earn $15 for each new driver who signs up using your referral code, processes at least 100 ride offers, and completes their first paid subscription month.

Referral abuse, including creating fake accounts or self-referrals, will result in forfeiture of referral bonuses and possible account termination.

PuddleJumper is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber, Lyft, or any other rideshare platform. Use of PuddleJumper is at your own discretion and risk.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any rideshare platform you drive for. We are not responsible if your use of our service affects your standing with any rideshare platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuddleJumper and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost earnings, or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PuddleJumper, its operator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
